Last night the city saw the third Reclaim These Street protest in a week as hundreds took the street outside of Cardiff Central police station. The protesters have been gathering in response to the new Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill. The new bill proposes that police will be able to impose a start and finish time on a protest as well as set noise limits. If these rules are adhered to, fines of up to £2,500 could be issued.
