The photographer, journalist and NUJ vice president, Natasha Hirst has challenged stereotypes in her work currently being exhibited in the Senedd. The exhibition, named Through Our Eyes, brings together the work of Hirst and fellow photographer Lucy Hinksman.

The member-led photography project sets to challenge the perception of people with learning disabilities by highlighting their roles and activities in the Community. Members of the self-advocacy group ‘All Wales People First’, decided what stories were important to share to represent their learning disabilities and question stereotypes.

The exhibition ran from the 16th November till the 4th February.
